Easter Coloring Pack

I wanted to put together a cute little coloring set for my little one to take to Easter dinner this weekend. So I made these {free} printable bag tags and two sets of coloring pages. I plan to throw a couple of these packs in the diaper bag and give them to her when she starts to get a little bored. I know she’ll have fun coloring and passing out her little pieces of art to family members. She’ll also love the sweet surprise. I can’t wait to give them to her!DIY Coloring Pack: Free Printable Tags and Coloring PagesI printed the coloring pages on cheap cardstock paper to make them more like small cards and to give them a little weight. If you print on card stock, you can fit about six of these coloring pages in a bag filled with Crayons, but you may have to trim them a little more {depending on the size of your bags} to get them to fit. Or you can print on regular paper and probably fit a few more in there. You can also make packs of coloring pages alone. They look super cute either way, so I made both! :) DIY Coloring Pack: Free Printable Tags and Coloring PagesYou will need:

  • Clear treat bags {Size 3×4 inches- I had two different brands in this size, and one was a little bigger than the other. Go with the larger one if you have the option!}
  • Crayons
  • Printable bag tag {download below}
  • Printable coloring pages {download below}
  • Stapler

1. Fill a treat bag with as many Crayons as you can.

2. Slip coloring pages behind the Crayons {facing away from the them so that if you happen to color on the page while sliding them in, you color on the back… you don’t want angry kids mad at you for coloring on their pages}. Trim smaller if necessary. I printed mine on cardstock.

3. Fold bag tag {also printed on cardstock} in half where the pattern changes direction in the center so that the blank side is on the inside. Place the tag around the top of the bag and staple in place. Done!

I’ve got two sets of coloring pages for you, each include six pages. I made a “boy” and a “girl” set. I thought it would be fun to do a set for each, but both will work for boys and girls. My daughter will have both!

Just click the links below to download. Then print, cut, and assemble your packs! It’s hard to see in the pictures, but it says “Happy Easter” inside the little white bunny. It will print clearly and you will be able to get a better view when you download it. There is enough space to write a little “To: Insert Name Here” and/or “From: Insert Name Here” on the bunny, if you’re giving these as favors or gifts!
